A gentle but also sharp and deeply emotional duodrama of relationships towards transience and dealing with loss from a female perspective, created based on motifs from the works of Slavenka Drakulić, Dubravka Ugrešić, Daša Drndić and Georgi Gosopdinov.
Author's word
This play is a tribute to literature from our region, a tribute to women and our elders who prepared us for life. It was created out of an attempt to deal with the loss of our loved ones, with death, and in addition, out of a desire to put certain literature on stage and thus encourage people to read our writers. At first, it may seem illogical that two young girls would deal with the topic of aging and death, but each of us faces it and these topics are always around us. Our loved ones age and leave, and so will we. This play was created out of gratitude and the need to deepen empathy and understanding.
